The check-in time is 15:00pm.  If you arrive earlier you can store your baggage in the hotel’s baggage area until your room is ready. If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 15:00, you may have access to the room earlier. Should you desire an early check-in please contact our front desk, and we will do all we can to accommodate you.

The check-out time is (before) 11:00am.  If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we will do our best to satisfy your needs. Please be aware of our additional charge. Late check-out is until 18:00pm.

Upon arrival to the airport  you may choose public transport or a taxi.

1. If you decide to take the local bus what you have to do is to take the bus from the airport to Chania center (central station) and from there, take a second bus that heads to Platanias village.
2. A taxi will take you directly to the hotel at Platanias.

Yes you can make a transfer booking prior to your arrival. All you have to do is just contact us (via e-mail or phone call).

Our hotel has a private car parking and it is free of charge.

All the cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) except from American Express.
